 Good sound, but a little weak on the base. January 6, 2009
The sound is definitely better than the built in speakers that are on my laptop. I use it around the house or when I travel when I listen to music.It is a bit heavy to carry around if you are in school.
 Awesome speakers - 3 years and still going strong January 2, 2009
These are some awesome speakers. I have no comment on the Vista thing as I use XP... and furthermore for the record: XP >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Vista. Vista sucks, quit using it. But I've had these for almost 3 years now with my Dell Inspiron E1505, and they've been awesome. I love that they're so portable! Good quality sound, I play music and watch videos and do a little gaming on my computer and these things just rock. Proud owner a several Logitech products!
Good Laptop Speakers December 27, 2008

We like the fact that these speakers do not need an external power supply and they are compact so they fit nicely on our already crowded desk. They are quite good for their size and price and provide good sound for music and movie watching on our laptop.
Great speakers for your laptop December 19, 2008
Let's face it - integral laptop speakers are just not made for music. These speakers have really good sound for their size. They are well-made, easy to set up (plug in to a USB port and you're done!), and have a very nice storage case. Occasionally they act up, but I've found if I just unplug and re-plug them in, Vista reinstalls the drivers and everything is fine. Overall I'm very pleased.
Quite good for portable sound on a macbook! December 17, 2008
I'm on a Macbook and I am quite surprised how good these sound being just connected to a USB port. Very good bass and soundfield. I think these are a great portable solution and great for watching movies on the macbook as the volume on the laptop is notoriously low.
